Kitchen Manager

Becca was born and raised in Wenatchee, WA and has spent much of her life immersed in the Cascade mountains. Before coming to the Guild she worked as a cook at Holden Village, where she discovered a love of cooking as a dynamic creative practice, and a passion for building community through shared meals. She is interested in sustainable and ethical food systems, and tries to incorporate fresh local produce as well as Guild garden veggies as much as possible. Becca is also a ceramic artist who specializes in functional pottery- she made some of the dishes used to serve meals in the Guild dining hall! Whenever she’s not in the kitchen, she can often be found hiking, skiing, open water swimming, or perhaps foraging for berries in the forests around Plain.
