Artist-In-Residence Program

From September through May, the Guild invites developing artists for cohort-based residency sessions.

The Grünewald Guild’s Artist-in-Residence (AiR) Program is available to individuals:

at all levels of artistic development,
who are prepared to work independently, and,
whose artistic processes can be successfully supported by the Guild’s studio facilities.

Upcoming Residency Sessions

Artists are invited to apply to any number of the cohort sessions. In order to build a strong sense of community among resident cohorts, we ask that all residents plan to arrive and depart as close as possible to the dates indicated. See below for upcoming residency sessions.

While this application is open year-round we are only able to review and respond during specific application review windows. Our application review and response times are:

Late April - considering applications received November 11th-April 15th

Early September - considering applications received April 16th-September 5th

Late November - considering applications received September 6th-November 10th
