Icon Writing

Quiet and prayerful writing of an icon in the Russian and Greek Byzantine style will be the focus of this class.  In quiet community, the group will learn the step-by-step tradition of bringing light out of darkness and order out of chaos.  No experience in art is necessary, just a desire to learn about praying wtih and creating an icon and being open to God working through you in the process.
