Some come to the Guild campus merely to enjoy our beautiful setting, warm hospitality and accepting community. Others would like a Guild-directed retreat, whether in art instruction, spiritual direction or a special worship experience. Let us know what you are seeking; the Guild has access to lots of gifted people to create an unforgettable retreat for your group!
Russian Sacred Art Tour of St. Petersburg, Staraya Ladoga, Pskov and Novgorod, May 18-30, 2011
Want an excellent introduction into Russian Sacred Art from its Byzantine-Novgorodian beginnings in the 11th century, all the way to the most recent works of contemporary iconographers? Join us and Tour Host Father Ilya Gotlinsky on a remarkable look into the rich history and beauty of the Russian Orthodox Church. Cost: $3,000. Price includes accommodations in 3-star hotels in St. Petersburg, Novgorod, and Pskov, two or three meals daily (depending on the daily itinerary), private bus transportation whenever required, all admissions to the scheduled museums, professional guides at all of the tour places, and an English speaking guide/escort during the entire tour.
