About Our Summer Program

Previous summer guests describe us as...

... a safe place and affirming community, encouraging toward exploration

... inspiring & ecumenical, accessible to people of all faiths

... welcoming, nourishing, & grace-filled

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced artist, summer at the Grünewald Guild is a time to express your creative spirit, explore your sacred journey, and engage in nurturing community.

We’re offering a greater variety of classes than ever, taught by our world-class faculty with an average class size of just seven students. Communal meals and ecumenical worship times will provide ample opportunities to engage in the tight-knit and inclusive community that makes the Guild so unique.

And  our stunning location and rambling campus in the North Central Cascades provides an ideal backdrop for your summer experience, offering inspiration for artwork and reflection, as well as rest and recreation.
